Over the last 10 years, my work as a Visibility Specialist has led me to be a guest expert on BBC Radio throughout the U.K. multiple times without ever having to ask.

I regularly host exclusive trainings for busy business owners, ambitious employees and forward thinking businesses where they've reached out to enquire with me.

I’ve also been invited and paid to speak at conferences, to corporates and to professional networks, even during this pandemic they still approach me.

This Visibility Activator System™️ was accidentally created after a quick succession of promotions and a quadrupled salary in my employed days but because I thought it was a happy accident, I believed that it wasn't repeatable, teachable or worth sharing.

Years later even today now that I'm a self employed business owner, nearly everyone I tell my story to just wants to know "how I did that" and my honest answer before the Visibility Activator System™️ was that I didn't know.

But.

With the help of a mentor and coach in 2013, I began to dig deep and I found that while everyone IS different, there are FIVE key steps to having true, authentic and confident visibility.

So what I bring you here is designed to have professional people stand out authentically at anytime, from anywhere AND feel 100% confident and congruent about doing it.

Know that, the path to being visible isn't always easy, we lose consistency, confidence so many business owners, consultants, coaches, authors and free spirited freelancers lose focus along the way in the form of distraction, procrastination, shiny object syndrome and fear.

Most of all we don't have a lot of time.

Back in 2010 just three months after I promised to consistently put my work and business out there, I encountered a devastating life event, which made me want to run and hide. Yet despite having to slow my visibility right down, I still helped a client secure a huge contract with an internationally non profit.

In 2013 I was challenged to reveal a part of myself that I’d hidden from everyone around me. It was uncomfortable, it felt judge filled and it hurt.

Then in 2017 I created a live video about #BlackLivesMatter for my friends and family to see I felt exposed again. I even cried on camera and worried that people would judge me as unprofessional.

Yet through sharing those stories so publicly not only did I learn to speak out authentically.

Others told me that they felt empowered to do the same too.

Clients I’ve worked with have been able to pull out something quite unique from my body of work which will stop them from wanting to run and hide.

So why am I doing this?

In a nutshell, I hate what I’m seeing at the moment online.

Mud slinging, name calling, confusion, guilt tripping and a lot of really bad and unhealthy communication.

I have many black friendships and white friendships and I’m continuing to watch as white people add fuel to the fire for so many black lives, while also seeing quite a few white people who want to get involved in the conversation but are struggling with what to say or how to say it and what to get it right.

I’m seeing that lots of people are scared to mess it up or get it wrong and because they’re confused, frightened or ’new to this’ they’re going into hiding completely, they're hiding behind the words that they post by sitting on the fence for fear of causing offence, or they're regurgitating platitudes which don't sound like anything that they'd usually say.

And.

They’re saying they want to do better. This is that opportunity to do better.

What this isn’t:

Black history education. You have plenty of resources around you that are from other great people.

A lynch mob. I don’t have any agenda hidden or otherwise and we’ve ALL had enough of the lynching so far whether you're black or white.

Free. Sorry not this time, I have lots of free resources out there already.

What this is:

A safe place for you as a white person to explore, formulate and then articulate what you have to say.

An interactive group online workshop where we’ll explore some deeply effective ways to communicate even if you’re upset, challenged, or feel out of your depth.

A place where they’ll be solution focussed conversations AND exploration to inform you with what to do next.
